Libera are an all male church choir who auditioned for Series 19 of Britain’s Got Talent. They were aged between 7 & 16 at the time of their audition. They hailed from all around South London. When asked if they enjoyed being in the choir, they responded that they did and when asked if they believed they could win, they stated that they believed they could.
The choir has spanned multiple generations with past generations having made significant television appearances, recorded albums and featured on movie soundtracks.[1]
In their audition, they performed a choral rendition of ‘God Only Knows’ by The Beach Boys. Alesha remarked ‘All of you should be really, really proud of yourselves today [and] it was heavenly actually’, with Simon adding ‘Look it was great, you are actually seriously, seriously good’. They advanced onto the following round, however they failed to reach the Semi-Finals.
